- reside in Hanover, Markdale, Kincardine, Southampton or the surrounding area
- have the willingness and a commitment to engage with your counsellor

Free * fees for some social/recreationall activities; subsidized housing rates paid by clients of the apartment program

Multi-agency team that provides access to mental health services including information and referral, mental health counselling, intensive case management, housing and outreach support, social recreational activities and leisure access support services
