Description of Services:
Assists and supports all individuals infected or affected by HIV/AIDS and/or Hepatitis C and to limit the spread of the viruses through education, awareness, outreach strategies and treatment * services provided are:
Counselling and referral
Treatment resources
Vaccines
Client services
Programs offered
Counselling and referral
- provides confidential counselling
- facilitates psycho-educational groups, wellness groups, peer support groups and womens' groups
- offers referrals to individuals, partners, families on issues relating to HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C
Treatment resources
- provides information through internet access, DVDs, books, published brochures and articles
- offers guidance and advice on the latest treatments and strategies
Vaccines
- offers vaccines free of charge for Flu, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Diphtheria, influenza, Pertussis, Pneumovax and Tuberculosis
Client services
- provides food vouchers, travel assistance funds, medical cost coverages, health kits and multi-vitamins, hot and cold weather kits, hospital/home supports

- needle exchange / free contraceptives / safe injection and inhilation kits
