- Exercise of varying levels and types such as swimming/aquafit, yoga, Exercise and Falls Prevention classes, pickle ball, in-home support exercise program, etc
- Health Education including education sessions / coffee hours
- Health Assessments such as audiology clinic, blood pressure clinics, foot care
