Description of Services:
Respite support for children 0-17 years of age who have a developmental and/or physical disability
Passport Program offers community participation supports and respite for adults aged 18 and older with developmental disabilities * support is based upon the individuals needs, goals and vision * 8% administrative fee for this program.
- provides temporary relief to caregivers
- support may be provided by Support Workers screened by VON and matched with families based upon needs
