Chatham Kent Family Health Team - Ridgetown Site

Medical care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctors and nurse practitioners * access to nurses, nurse educators, dietitians, social workers, pharmacists, health promotor, occupational therapist, chiropractor and massage therapist and respiratory therapist.  After hours urgent care clinics are available, please call your physician to book an appointment.
