Description of Services:

Supports for the activities of daily living * includes companionship, legacy work, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping * helping with mobility, including in and out of bed and around the home * providing a variety of non-medical comfort measures, and mouth care * companionship * respite for caregivers

Online Programing - Day program (for people living with a palliative diagnosis) * caregiver support group * bereavement support group * mindfulness * expressive arts
