Supports for people and families coping with a diagnosis of a life threatening illness

supports those who would like to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
day programs for those going through treatments
caregiver support
wellness programs such as Yoga and Mindfulness
bereavement services, walk and talk groups, bereavement correspondence program
one-on-one counselling
memory bear program
school programs in YRDSB
referrals to other community services
