Provides support services for adults with developmental disabilities to live, work, and participate in their local communities * provides income and employments supports to people who are in financial need * funds community-based support services that help, victims of domestic abuse, and people who deafened or blind * oversees the Child Welfare system as well as services and supports for children with Autism, complex special needs and youth who have come in conflict with the law * provides licensing for children's residences
