Residence includes dormitory shelter and transitional housing units, with holistic approach
- income savings component
- on-site workshops such as computer literacy, resume writing, employment searches and life skills
- links to off-site training opportunities, job placements, community resources
- follow-up support
- capacity 122: 74 shelter beds, 48 transitional housing beds (not an emergency shelter)
