Aquatics Centre - Range of programs including aquafit classes, lane swims, swimming lessons and aquatic certifications * advanced training in first aid, CPR and life guarding * 8-lane pool and warm water leisure and therapy pool
Health, Fitness and Recreation Programs - Recreation, sports and fitness programs offered in the gymnasium, fitness centre, cycle studio and fitness studio * physical activities and sports for people of all ages and abilities including yoga, pilates, cardio and strength training * two lane walking/running track * seniors fitness programs * group fitness classes
