Description of Services:
Offers primary health care services including primary care/family medicine, counselling, foot care, and nutrition counselling, diabetes education program, health-related workshops and groups * engages residents and community partners in increasing food security in the local communities
- Chiropody (Foot Care) Basic foot care provided by a chiropodist * services include care of corns, calluses, ingrown toe nails, warts, diabetic ulcers and other skin infections
- Counselling Services Community-based counselling services for people experiencing complex issues such as depression, anxiety and emotional distress * short-term counselling and advocacy support * confidential
- Primary Care Clinic Family physicians and nurse practitioners provide primary care to clients
