Description of Services:

  • Promotes the safety of each community through the emergency response plans coordinated by the area Resource Teams
  • Facilitates intervention, counselling and support group services for community members who are experiencing some form of crisis
  • Relies on assistance from family and children's workers, Addictions workers, Mental Health workers, Nurses and Police Officers
  • Collaborates with Nurses and other related resource workers to create healing programs and initiatives for member communities
  • Services are provided through the following components:
    • Community mental wellness team
    • Crisis response team
    • Youth well-being team
