Addresses social needs of the community through the administration of programs:
Christmas Assistance Program - Christmas meal assistance and gifts * apply Tue-Thu in Nov with ID, proof of income and major household expenses * accepts registrations from Chesley Food Bank community * community members can make a donation at the Salvation Army or at kettle locations * gifts can be left at community Angel Tree locations
- Family Services provides counselling and emergency assistance
- Food Bank by appointment ONLY
- Food Preparation programs held at different times during the year
- Emergency relief for fire/disaster victims
- Accepts people and students wishing to fulfill community hours
