Breakaway Community Services is a dedicated Harm Reduction Organization that provides treatment that includes all aspects of our clients lives and situations. Breakaway operates on a non-abstinence or ‘harm reduction’ approach, which forms the philosophical basis for all our work, in reducing harm and enhancing the health of our clients.
