Initial assessment required for program enrollment

Must be 60 years of age or older and meet one of the following criteria:

The client is in receipt of or eligible to receive other long term care community services
The client is isolated and requires social interaction or stimulation

Matches a volunteer to regularly visit one-on-one with a client in the home

Accompanies individual to social or cultural events if desired
