Services provided:
Residential Services
Provides 24-hour support to adults with development disabilities * homes are cooperative living environments with individualized supports * assists individuals in learning the necessary skills to live a more independent lifestyle * helps with food preparation, money management, basic self and personal care, appointments, social activities
Intensive Supports
CLGS offers an Intensive Supports program featuring psychosocial rehabilitation approaches, as well as trauma informed care * designed to address the needs of the individual and is staffed by individuals with the appropriate training and range of skills necessary to provide comprehensive care
Respite Services
Allows families to obtain relief from their care giving role and to promote and maintain the integration of the family unit * provides the necessary orientation and training required to become an adult respite service contractor
