Description of Services:
Support services to women and their children in crisis including safe shelter, short-term affordable housing, transportation, counselling, information services and advocacy * public education to end violence against women
Crisis//Help Line - Trained staff provide confidential support, referral and counselling to women and children 24-hours per day, 7 days a week
Outreach Services - Individual and/or group supportive counselling, transitional housing and support, and life skills
Family Court Support Services - Support to navigate the family court system which may include court accompaniment
Public Education - Prevention activities offered throughout Grey Bruce for workplaces, community groups and schools
Life Skills Education - Assists with the development of skills for independent living

- Second Stage Residential Program Short-term (up to one year) affordable supportive housing for women and their children leaving an abusive relationship
- Violence Against Women Emergency Shelter Program Safe temporary shelter and supportive services for women and their children who are experiencing abuse * limited subsidy available for transportation and child care expenses
