Opportunities for growth in spirit, mind and body for people of all backgrounds, beliefs and abilities
Public Pool - Range of programs including aquafit classes, swimming lessons, lane swims and steam rooms * advanced training in first aid, CPR and lifeguarding
Lifestyle Centre and Conditioning Room - Equipment orientation and access to personal trainers
Health, Fitness and Recreation Program - Physical activities and sports for people of all ages and abilities including yoga, Pilates, cardio and strength training
Sports Activities - Including basketball, soccer, volleyball league and floor hockey
Day Camps - Programs offered during the summer, professional development days, March break and Christmas break
Child Care - Preschool and School Age for ages infant to 11
Summer Camps - Programs focus on fun, security, self-esteem and personal growth * Summer Adventure Camp, Cultural Arts Camps, Teen I.D Camp and various specialty camps
