60 plus Midweek Lunch Out - Every Wed from 11:30am-1pm, a lunch followed by a light program such as a short film, a presenter, cooking demonstration, etc
Wellness Breakfast - Every Thu from 8:30am-9:30am * optional yoga session 8-8:30am
