Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related services * performs a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including the following:
- road maintenance
- landscaping, community beautification, public spaces and ground
- street lighting
- water treatment and sewage treatment plants
- snow removal
- garbage collection and maintenance of landfill site
- repairs and up-keep of community buildings and residential homes
- assists in projet management services and community development and planning
