Description of Services:

  • Provides an after school group mentoring program for boys and young men to help them make informed choices about healthy lifestyle practices
  • Facilitates physical activities and healthy eating support to teach life skills, communication, and emotional health discussions in the promotion of life-long healthy living
  • Program is offered through seven 75-minute sessions with four extension modules
