• Food Safety Conducts regulatory inspections of all retail, service and institutional food premises to assess compliance with Food Premises Regulation under the Health Protection and Promotion Act

• Smoke and Vape-Free Living Enforces the Smoke-Free Ontario Act through inspections of enclosed workplaces, public places, schools and other places required to be tobacco and cannabis smoke-free and vape-free
