Programs and services to help workers return to work and restore the highest level of post-injury mobility possible
Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
- general and comprehensive occupational rehabilitation
- work hardening/physical demand analysis
- job site and ergonomic assessments
- on-site return-to-work coordination
- graduated return to work plan development
- return-to-work monitoring, reporting and follow-up
- mental health services
