Brief Services - Substance Use: CMHA Peel Dufferin offers a Brief Services Substance Use Program to those that are seeking assistance with cutting down or stopping substance use and problematic behaviours
Case Management and Peer Support: The goal of case management is to assess your needs and to create a plan with you that identifies your goals towards improving your quality of life. Sharing this plan with important others in your life is an important part of your path towards recovery. The length of service will be determined with you and you case manager
