Provides walk-in counselling services on a first come-first served basis for adults, students, and children of all ages

Counselling services may include:

anxiety
depression
difficult life situations
family conflict
grief and loss
parenting issues
social isolation
student/school stress
work-related stress

Counselling is available via telephone, virtually or in-person.
