Primary medical diagnosis of arthritis with priority given to the following:
- New onset inflammatory and non-inflammatory arthritis
- Individuals having difficulties managing functional abilities

Description of Services:
Program that helps individuals manage their arthritis
- Provides an inter-professional approach with active participation based on client goals
- Offers individualized assessment, intensive treatment and self-management education to help clients manage their disease process
- Self-management programs include:
- Living with Fibromyalgia (runs 2 times a year)
- GLA:D, 6-week exercise and education program for knee and hip osteoarthritis
- Educational sessions
- Hand/foot class
- Group/individual exercise
- Pool exercises
- Splinting/orthotics
