Description of Services:
End-of-life care for those who have a life-limiting illness * on-site staff include registered nurse and registered practical nurse care and volunteers supported by physicians certified in hospice palliative care * services include visiting residents and resident meal preparation
- Volunteer Visiting and Visiting Hospice Services One-to-one volunteer program that offers companionship, respite time, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-limiting illness * services are provided by volunteers and offered wherever the client resides (home, hospital, retirement, etc.)
