Application

This program is accessible to youth who are in detention and have had their bail denied, who have a source of surety, who have an interest in participating in the program, who have parent/guardian support and who live in the city of Toronto. Service providers at court, duty counsel, defense lawyers, probation officers, detention/custody staff, parents and youth can refer to the program. Please call to make a referral.

Description of Services:

A four- to six-month outreach-based program that supports youth who are awaiting or have been released on bail. ERSP workers offer support to youth as well as their parents. The ERSP program can support youth in obtaining a successful bail application and in maintaining their bail conditions while they are awaiting trial.
