Enhances the quality of life for urban Indigenous people in the City of Peterborough and the surrounding area * provides a range of community-based children and youth, healthy living and healing programs and services including:
- Aboriginal Prenatal Nutrition Program
- Aboriginal Family Support Program
- Urban Healthy Living/Healthy Kids Program
- Addictions and Mental Health Program
- Mental Health and Well-Being Program
- Indigenous Community Wellness Program
- Court Worker Program
- Apatisiwin Employment Training Program
- Kiizhaay Anishinaabe Niin Program
- Life Long Care Program - support services include social dining and recreational opportunities; transportation (medical; banking; pharmacy); home visits; personal support worker services; security checks; Indigenous support including assistance with NIHB, assistance in completing forms and advocacy with housing.
