Description of Services:

Focus of the program is to address the needs of youth who are currently on probation order and to reduce future involvement in the youth criminal justice system * works in partnership with Probation Officers

Services available:

individual counselling and support
worker assigned for support and guidance
support in school and community
tools and strategies for improvement
information and resources
assessment for needs and goals
advocacy and community collaboration with service providers
