Description of Services:

Supports for people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers

Services may include:

support counselling
social recreation programs
educational information, sharing and discussions about Alzheimer's disease issues
educational services for public and service providers
presentations to community groups
in-service training
public and secondary school education program
music iPod program

Support groups - Monthly sessions for caregivers * peer support groups for those living with dementia

Coffee Social Program - Opportunity to reconnect in person for a coffee, chat, games and trivia

Minds in Motion - Physical activity and brain stimulation program for those with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partners
