Free and voluntary home visiting program that focuses on services to pregnant people and families with children from birth to school transition who may benefit from additional support

Home visiting team works together with the client and family on personal goals to provide support for:

• healthy pregnancies
• infant and young child feeding
• healthy growth and development
• adjustment to parenthood
• parental health and well-being
• healthy relationships
• child and family safety
• accessing community supports
