Home care for seniors and adults with disabilities needing additional assistance to remain independent in their homes
Services include:
* Clinical Supervisor is available to complete a free in-home assessment to establish a care plan that meets clients' needs to remain independent in their own home
* All personal support workers must have current criminal and vulnerable sector checks
Services include:
- grooming
- dressing
- medication reminders
- bathing
- incontinence care
- friendly visiting, conversation and companionship
- light housekeeping
- meal preparation
- caregiver relief/ respite care
- nursing
