Palliative care residence and services * virtual support may be available

Services available:

in-home visiting volunteer support
trained volunteers and professional care as well as support to people living with life-threatening illness and their caregiver(s) and to the bereaved
individual and group bereavement support
programs to support wellness and psycho-social needs

Campbell House - 10-bed palliative care residence with beds allocated to end-of-life support as well as short stay, supportive palliative respite and pain and symptom management
