a spouse and/or dependent children who need assistance with costs related to accepting a new job
changing jobs
participating in a training program
in need of assistance with clothing or uniforms for work (safety shoes or work boots)
in need of tools and special equipment/devices
in need of transportation
in need of licensing and/or professional fees
