Call to determine eligibility for service * Applications for medical assessment for medical appointments out of the area is required * Registration from and medical form is available on website * Confirmation and application from Health Professional is required

Adults 18 years and older * Resident of North Simcoe * People with low-income that require transportation * Older adults with limited support

Fees

Set Fee * Adults: $2.50/ride and $30/20 rides * Seniors and students: $2.25/ride and $25/20 rides
