Description of Services:

  • Offers a brief health presentation on a health topic by a physician who then leads participants on a social walk (various locations)
  • Aims to help participants maintain healthy and active lifestyles

    • Walk with Doc
    • Online campaign during the month of June to encourage everyone to become or stay active
    • Walk schedule posted on website
    • No registration required - self-screen and wear mask when gathered together before walk begins
    • Virtual Walk: participants can comment and post pictures featuring the walk they went on over virtual platforms (email and Facebook)
