Description of Services:
Free in-person and online classes for education, information and advice on labour and birth (labour, comfort techniques, medical procedures) as well as after baby is born (breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum)
Classes include:
* In-person classes held at Huntsville Public Library, 7 Minerva St. E, Huntsville
Self-Guided Online Prenatal Class (includes pregnancy module):
Classes include:
- opportunity to meet other pregnant people and families
- discussion about pregnancy, birth and newborns
- questions are answered by a public health nurse
- live virtual option allows to participate remotely
* In-person classes held at Huntsville Public Library, 7 Minerva St. E, Huntsville
Self-Guided Online Prenatal Class (includes pregnancy module):
- option to choose information that best suits interests
- learn at pace that fits personal goals
