Description of Services:
A self-management education and exercise rehabilitation program for individuals with pulmonary disease. This program includes a comprehensive assessment by a Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT), and Kinesiologist, along with personalized education, a tailored therapeutic exercise plan, and access to counseling and support services.
