Description of Services:

Empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition

Offers children and adult athletes year-round training and competition in many Olympic-type sports at Invitational and Regional meets

Sports offered vary with locations but can include:

Basketball
Bowling (5 and 10-pin)
Floor Hockey
Power lifting
Swimming
Soccer
Softball
Track and Field
Alpine Skiing
Curling
Figure Skating
Nordic Skiing
Snowshoeing
Speed Skating

Offers opportunities for volunteering within all sports offered
