Description of Services:

Court supports for people in conflict with the law, with mental illness and/or substance use issues. For minor offences, when appropriate mental health diversion agreements are sought to provide a voluntary alternative to a judicial ruling. The program includes short-term case management, coordination, and referral to required services, education for clients and their families, court system navigation, and screening for diversion purposes.
