Eligibility - Population(s) Served
- Residents of Ontario who have an ongoing or recurring disability/impairment that is expected to last one year or longer
- Disability/impairment must impede mobility and results in substantial restrictions to a person's activities of daily living, such as personal care
Fees
Program - client may have to contribute towards the modifications if gross annual income exceeds $35, 000
