Group of community partners with varied experiences working together to raise awareness and reduce harms associated with substance use * partners include those with personal experience of addiction or through family members, while others are connected to agencies within Chatham-Kent who work with those who access various substance use services
Meetings
Meetings held every last Fri of the month
- General Membership: Jan, Mar, May, Sep, and Nov
- Board Meeting: Feb, Apr, Jun, Oct, Dec
No meeting in Jul and Aug * subcommittees meet adhoc throughout the year
Current sub committees include Stigma Committee, Governance Committee, Grant Committee, Finance Committee, Community Events/Public Relations Committee, Recovery Breakfast Committee

in volunteering with preparing, planning or hosting education awareness events
or initiatives on how to reduce harms associated with substance use, please
