Description of Services:

Housing Unit offering 36 geared to income housing and 24 market housing * Housing is applied for through the Chatham Kent Housing Services for geared to income housing or through the Co-operative if applicant is applying for full market housing
*2020*8 new units have been added:

two are fully wheelchair accessible *one bedroom apartments
one main floor *two bedroom apartment
one main floor*one bedroom unit
four upper*one bedroom apartments*

The original 60 units are a mix of 2,3 and 4 bedroom townhouses.

Meetings

General Membership meetings are held 4 times per year and as a member (resident) attendance is important
