Eligibility - Population(s) Served
Ontario residents with a valid OHIP number who have been diagnosed as having a cleft lip and/or palate, a craniofacial anomaly, or other severe dental dysfunction * must have sufficient residual craniofacial growth necessary to obtain full potential benefit from a single course of treatment

Assessment and consultation for children and youth diagnosed with a cleft lip and/or palate, craniofacial conditions, and other severe dental conditions * services provided by a plastic surgeon, pediatric dentist, orthodontist, oral-maxillofacial surgeon, prosthodontist, audiologist, speech language pathologist, and social worker
