Supports for Durham region adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical or mental health * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

  • in-home respite

  • assisted living (in some areas)
  • COPE mental health
  • exercise and falls prevention

  • COPE Mental Health Program A community mental health service offering support to adults aged 16 and older, with emotional and/or mental health concerns.

  • Luncheon Out An opportunity once a month to share a hot meal, entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations * meals include an entrée, beverage and dessert
  •  
  • Meals on Wheels Nutritionally balanced hot or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers to clients in their homes

  • Transportation Drives provided for clients to medical appointments, shopping, attendance at adult day programs and more
