• COPE Mental Health Program A community mental health service offering support to adults aged 16 and older, with emotional and/or mental health concerns.

• Foot Care Clinic Foot care services provided by registered foot care nurses in community settings

• Luncheon Out An opportunity once a month to share a hot meal, entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations * meals include an entrée, beverage and dessert

• Meals on Wheels Nutritionally balanced hot or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers to clients in their homes * special diets accommodated
