Supports for Durham region adults and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical or mental health * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
- Meals on Wheels
- Community Food Box
- transportation

- telephone reassurance
- in-home respite
- adult day programs
- assisted living (in some areas)
- COPE mental health
- exercise and falls prevention
- Home to Stay
- COPE Mental Health Program A community mental health service offering support to adults aged 16 and older, with emotional and/or mental health concerns.
- Foot Care Clinic Foot care services provided by registered foot care nurses
- Luncheon Out An opportunity once a month to share a hot meal, entertainment and health promotion/wellness demonstrations * meals include an entrée, beverage and dessert
- Meals on Wheels Nutritionally balanced hot or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers to clients in their homes
- Transportation Drives provided for clients to medical appointments, shopping, attendance at adult day programs and more
