- Local and long distance calling (employment-related calls only)
- Local and long distance faxing (employment-related faxes only)
- Photocopying (employment-related photocopying only)
- Computer use to job search, type résumés and cover letters
- Telephone Answering Service for messages strictly related to employment. An ideal service for clients without telephone access or English as a Second Language.

- Online labour market information and employment opportunities
- Reference books on successful job search techniques, résumé and cover letter preparation, interview techniques, searching the hidden job market, and maintaining self-esteem
- Information on community support agencies
- On-line calendars for schools, colleges, universities, and other training institutions
