Description of Services:

Support for people of all ages, their caregivers and their families who are living with a life-limiting illness, or individuals who are grieving a loss * offer a full range of services and programs, free of charge, by a team of professional staff and specially trained volunteers * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes * services include:

community hospice palliative care supports
intake and assessment
individual care plan development
counselling (individual and family support)
group support
wellness activities
complementary therapies
information, education and referrals

Volunteers are an integral part of the organization and opportunities are offered for anyone interested in supporting individuals and families in the community
